Spectra Energy Announces New Member of Board of Directors
HOUSTON – Spectra Energy (NYSE: SE) today announced Michael McShane, recently retired chairman, president and chief executive officer of GrantPrideco, Inc., was elected to its board of directors during the company’s annual shareholder’s meeting on May 8. McShane also was appointed to the audit committee and finance and risk management committee.
With more than 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry, McShane is an established business leader who has distinguished himself in the areas of management, finance and strategy.
