Spectra Energy To Webcast Shareholders' Meeting on October 31
HOUSTON – Spectra Energy Corp will webcast its annual shareholders’ meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, at 10 a.m. CDT.
The event will be held at the company’s corporate headquarters at 5400 Westheimer Court, Houston. Fred Fowler, president and chief executive officer, will address shareholders during the meeting, as will Paul Anderson, chairman of Spectra Energy’s Board of Directors.
