LA4 Employees covered by collective bargaining 42% of Spectra Energy's employees in Canada are covered by collective bargaining agreements. None of Spectra Energy's U.S. employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements.
LA5 Minimum notice requirements We comply with all applicable labor laws in jurisdictions where we operate as well as our collective bargaining agreements. Spectra Energy does not operate in areas where the right to collective bargaining and freedom of association is at risk.
