Paul Anderson is non-executive chairman of the board for Spectra Energy. Anderson was previously chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Duke Energy. He previously served as managing director and chief executive officer of BHP Billiton Ltd.Prior to joining BHP, Anderson had a career that spanned more than 20 years at Duke Energy and its predecessor companies. He was president and chief operating officer of Duke Energy from 1997 to 1998 following his key leadership role in the merger of Duke Power and PanEnergy in June 1997. Anderson began his career in 1967 as a planning manager for Ford Motor Company.
Anderson received a master’s in business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
Anderson is a director of Qantas Airways Limited and a Global Counselor for the Conference Board. In May 2004, he was granted the title of Adjunct Professor in Global Sustainability at RMIT University in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Anderson was also appointed to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology in 2006 by President George W. Bush.

Fred Fowler is president and chief executive officer of Spectra Energy Corp. Prior to Spectra Energy's spin-off from Duke Energy, Fred served as group executive and president of Duke Energy Gas where he led the company’s gas businesses. He has 38 years of energy and natural gas experience. Fred joined Duke Energy in 1985 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout his 21 year tenure at Duke Energy, including: buyer, vice president of marketing, transportation and exchange as well as serving as group president for PanEnergy, Duke Energy and Duke Energy Gas Transmission.
He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater.

Greg Ebel is chief financial officer of Spectra Energy Corp. Previously, he served as president of Union Gas, Spectra Energy’s major Canadian natural gas utility company. Greg has broad experience in both the finance and energy sectors. He served as vice president of investor and shareholder relations from 2002 to 2005 and prior to that, was managing director of mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as an analyst with Decima Research in Toronto in 1987.Greg received a bachelor of arts degree from York University, Toronto, Ontario and is a graduate of the advanced management program at the Harvard Business School.

Alan Harris is chief development officer of Spectra Energy Corp. Prior to Spectra Energy’s spin-off from Duke Energy, Alan served as group vice president and chief financial officer of Duke Energy Gas Transmission (DEGT). He joined Duke Energy in 1982 as director of gas accounting and has held positions of increasing responsibility including: controller, vice president of controllers and strategic planning and executive vice president for DEGT’s strategic development, risk management, information technology and corporate reserves.Alan is a certified public accountant. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa.

Bill Garner is general counsel for Spectra Energy Corp. Previously, he served as group vice president of corporate development for Duke Energy Gas Transmission (DEGT). Prior to joining Duke Energy in 2006, Bill served as a managing director for Petrie Parkman & Co. He was employed by KN Energy, now Kinder Morgan Inc., from 1984 to 2000 where he served in a number of general counsel roles with increasing responsibilities. He began his career in 1979 as an assistant staff judge advocate for the United States Air Force. Bill earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and a juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University.

Martha Wyrsch is president and chief executive officer of Spectra Energy’s transmission group. Before Spectra Energy’s spin-off with Duke Energy, Martha served as president of Duke Energy Gas Transmission (DEGT). She joined Duke Energy in September 1999 as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Duke Energy Field Services.Prior to joining Duke Energy, Martha held positions at KN Energy, now Kinder Morgan Inc. as vice president, general counsel and secretary as well as at the law firm Davis, Graham & Stubbs as an associate. She began her career in 1980 as a legislative assistant to Senator Alan K. Simpson of Wyoming.
Martha, a native of Laramie, Wyo., received a juris doctor degree from George Washington University and earned a bachelor of arts degree in literature from the University of Wyoming. She also completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Tom O’Connor is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of DCP Midstream, LLC, one of the nation's largest natural gas gatherers and processors, and one of the largest natural gas liquids (NGLs) producers and NGL marketers. He has more than two decades of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining DCP Midstream, he held several positions at Duke Energy, Duke Energy International, Duke Energy Generation Services, the telecommunications businesses, Duke Energy’s equity in Crescent Resources, and all corporate development and merger and acquisition activities. Tom served as group executive and chief operating officer of U.S. Franchised Electric and Gas for Duke Energy.Tom received a bachelor of science degree in biology, cum laude, and a master of science degree in environmental studies from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He also completed the Harvard Business School advanced management program.
