Spectra Energy Partners, LP
Spectra Energy Partners, LP is a limited partnership interest formed in July 2007 by Spectra Energy Corp. Spectra Energy serves as the MLP’s general partner and manages and operates the new entity with 85 percent retained ownership. The initial MLP assets include a 100 percent interest in East Tennessee Natural Gas pipeline, a 24.5 percent interest in Gulfstream Natural Gas pipeline system and a 50 percent interest in a gas storage business, Market Hub Partners, or “MHP.”
