*An official locate ticket and clearance must be obtained from Brunswick Pipeline by:

  1. Anyone who will be constructing a facility across, on, along or under a pipeline;
  2. Anyone conducting ground disturbance (excavation) using power operated equipment or explosives within 30 meters of a pipeline; or
  3. Anyone using a vehicle or mobile equipment to cross over the pipeline right of way outside the travelled portion of a highway or public road.
